Corey M. Rossman is a 1992 graduate from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Hyde Park, New York. Corey's experience evolved long before his days at the CIA. He has worked many positions from a dishwasher to executive chef. His vast experience is used on a daily basis in this uniquely creative dining restaurant.

Corey was most recently the general manager of Selena's Restaurant – Tampa, Florida. Selena's was a family owned business that was a tradition for 18 years in Old Hyde Park Village in South Tampa. Over the years, they received numerous awards for excellence in food and service. Selena's facilities includes a 110 seat outdoor café, 180 seat dining room and a 50 seat Victorian dining room. Selena's was a prominent member of events like Taste of Tampa, Zoofari and Jazz Fest. Selena's started the live Jazz craze and featured such acts as Fred Johnson and Theo Valentine.

Corey's background includes a number of exclusive country clubs, hotels, clubs and restaurants. In the Tampa/St.Petersburg market, he has worked at the following locations: Tampa Palms Golf and Country Club (1996 CCA Club of the Year); Stouffer's Vinoy Restaurant (a four-diamond resort with four-star cuisine); Carmines Restaurant; Luna Lounge and Zion from Ybor City's Latin Quarter, as well as being the opening General Manager of dish Centro Ybor and General Manager of dish Baywalk in downtown St. Petersburg. Corey has excelled to a position of Vice President of Operations for dish restaurant and now a consulate. Corey is now running the day to day operations of On The Mark Promotions, LLC, a Catering, Event Planning and Promotions Company with Shawn Hale.
